It can reduce the rate of broken vermicelli and increase the yield. Moreover, it contains no alum, making it healthier!
Scope of use: Add an appropriate amount according to production needs. For reference, the recommended dosage for starch products such as vermicelli, glass noodles, sheet jelly, la pi, bean jelly, 钵仔糕,and tapioca balls is 3-8g/kg (calculated based on dry starch).
Usage method: 1. Mix this product evenly with dry starch before use. 2. Dissolve this product in warm water and then add it to the starch paste.
